All applications for the ConVivial Fan Tables will be reviewed by staff. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your application for a response in regards to your acceptance.
There is no table charge for fan tables. Fan groups and other cons will receive a special rate of $25 per ticket for the weekend. (Badges are available at this cost for your group up until December 31, 2024.) Once you’ve been accepted, you’ll be invoiced for the amount of badges you request.
