Come, all ye fort-enthusiasts! We are having a competition to see who can build the ultimate blanket fort. We will be judging based on creativity, originality, structural integrity, theme and overall appearance. Floor space and four chairs to start your fort will be provided, but space is limited to Contestants (whether single person or team) will have 45 minutes to create the most awesome fort. But wait! There’s more! One other thing to note: our charity this year is FISH, a volunteer-operated, non-profit organization that provides food, clothing, and small housewares to persons in need who live in Williamsburg, James City County and York County. If you want to donate your items at the end of the competition (blankets, pillows, sheets, etc.), we welcome donations and will have a designated area for these.
